Enrolling children is easy with Excellence In Care, where possible we ask all families to complete an
'online enrolment form'
A parent or guardian who has parental responsibility for the child must complete the form.
With this online enrolment form parents will be able to upload important documents such as:
o Court orders
o Medicare Card
o Supporting documentation for: Allergies / Special Dietary requirements / Health, operations, illnesses, disabilities
o Current Immunisation History Statement
You may be eligible for rebates and financial assistance such as the Child Care Subsidy to help cover the cost of fees. Apply for Child Care Subsidy here if eligible.

Once the enrolment has been confirmed by our staff, you will receive two emails:
♥An email containing your login details for our online program HubHello. With this program you will be able to view and update details such as your child’s registration form, schedule, and invoices. To ensure you do not miss out on this email please add no-reply@hubworks.com.au to your 'safe' contacts.
♥An email from Excellence In Care welcoming you to the scheme family, this will contain a Family Handbook, it provides vital information that you will find very useful e.g. what to bring to care, when to keep you child home, medication policies etc.
♥We recommend families to download HubHello , i.e. HubWorks, to your smartphone device or tablet. This is to help connect to our service, own and control your family/child’s information and get real time access to important Government and our Service information.
Under the National Quality Standards we are required to continually improve our services. To do this we have implemented a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). As per government requirements the QIP and our Compliance History Log Book are available to you at any time; if you would like to view it, please do not hesitate to contact the office.
